As far as I know the North Pole or the North Pole of the Earth is a point with latitude equal to +90 degrees on Earth. At the North Pole all directions are south. Covering it is the Arctic Ocean. The North Pole mentioned above is the geographical North Pole, this is just an imaginary point and it is different from the Earth's North magnetic pole.
