Resolves to yes if a paper evaluating an agent based on Hierarchical JEPA from Yann LeCun's paper "A Path Towards Autonomous Machine Intelligence" is published before 2030.

The paper does not need to be (co)authored by Yann LeCun, but it needs to reference the aforementioned paper. The implementation can add other mechanisms not outlined in the aforementioned paper, but needs to build on the same principles (I.E. a hierarchical joint embedding predictive architecture).
