I will not trade on this market, I will not provide insider advantages to friends, and I can provide concrete evidence of completion by way of runalyze (see below).
Question resolves YES if I run 5 kilometres (continuously) under 20 minutes (20:00.00 would be too slow) before 2025.05.10 (YYYY-MM-DD) 00:00 (UTC+2) and that activity is recorded on runalyze.
This might happen during a time trial, not necessarily in a race.
I had to stop running for a while and lost all my fitness (which wasn't that great to begin with), I want to get it back and then some. I have never run a sub-20 5k before. As no one around me cares or knows about running, this is my way of adding some extra motivation through internet strangers.
Some helpful data for prediction:
I am 27 years old, male,
with a normal BMI (I lift and I don't want to sacrifice all my muscles for running)
asthmatic (around 70% of reference lung function according to recent (~1 year) spirometry).
I'm extremely motivated, but I also have a full-time job.
You can see my complete (and automatically updated) running history since I got a Garmin (~1 year): https://runalyze.com/athlete/koadma
