So, I've switched from a YES to a NO.
I know this will not be representative of the membership as a whole, but I'm very surprised by the comments on this thread on Reddit:

Top two posts of the month are recent pleas to reject the deal, and most upvoted comments are saying the same thing. I am thinking this might be a surprise reject.
The Reddit community is much more militant than the actual union membership though. Look at their reaction to the 12% offer that they received in Scotland last year:

The top posts and comments all supported a NO vote despite the BMA's support. In the event, YES won 81% of votes. I suspect the same will happen here
