From October 28: "A new UMass Amherst/WCVB poll found that 59% of voters said they plan to vote Yes on Question 1" versus 33% No and 8% undecided.
That's a pretty definitive lead, especially just a week and a half before the midterm. I think that this is a pretty safe YES.
