This question resolves to "YES" if the Harvard Square EA office located in the Abbot building opens before the end of January 2023. This will be decided based on at least 2 of the following happening:

• Kaleem Ahmid announces the office is open

• Jonathan Michel announces the office is open

• EA student groups are able to host public-facing events inside

• CEA staff besides Jonathan and Kaleem work inside at least 3 days a week

This question resolves to "NO" otherwise, including if the office is not in the Abbot building.
