I will resolve this market by selecting as answers any current UCI WorldTeam (no ProTeams) that places 19th or lower on the UCI Team Ranking 2020-2022 (according to https://lanternerouge.com.au/2022/05/25/worldtour-2020-22-team-ranking) at the end of the road cycling season (October 18), independently of the team obtaining a WoldTour license for next year (for example by invitation UCI or if UCI changes their criteria to admit more than 18 teams next year)
