To be completely honest, I bet on this market without even bothering to read the description because I figured most people don't get done the things that they intend to. Good job.

Not claiming this happened, but reflecting on where I went wrong here I just realized that I had mostly thought the weight-gain goal was hard, but now just thinking about it gaining weight is easily gamed by for example just drinking 2l of water or similar. Losing weight probably allows similar things to some extent, but not as easy.

I didnt have a great start this month. i already skipped 2 workouts on friday and monday. tomorrow i will see what level my body is on

I shoulder pressed 42.5kg and squat 90kg 3 days ago.

I deadlifted 95kg a week ago.

I'm probably gonna find an accountability partner and some sort of tutor at EAGx.

I still have to read two thirds of my book "Perfectly Reasonable Deviations From The Beaten Track".
