At this point I think it revolves around a question we don't know, which is how badly he treats his coworkers. @ForrestTaylor It's the texts in concert with the charges. Even with the charges being dropped, the existence of the texts makes it look more like he did it but there wasn't enough to prosecute than that he's innocent.
