Attendance can be confirmed by either being seen on stream or them stating on any social media that they are in Georgia canvassing with Destiny.
Orbiters include guests who show up occasionally or frequently on Destiny's stream. They include people like Dan, Aba, Brittany Simon, IRI, Dylan, Ahrelevant, Supreme, Sushia, Darius etc. Melina does NOT count.
Market resolves when its confimed that there are 7 or more orbiters participating in canvassing. If not, the market will close on the day of the runoff.

Darius did not show up according to Sondsol and his crew.

I'll have to think about whether FancySloth and TomFoolery should be considered orbiters, might even run a poll to determine it. Because if they are, then the number is 7.
@johnleoks Obviously I'm biased (bought YES), but if you have to consider if they are orbiters (because they have appeared on stream, outside of being a caller) then they likely meet your own definition provided.
Either way my position isn't very big, but the issue here is whether you want to use the poorly defined term (orbiter) or your broader description, which was "guests who show up occasionally or frequently on Destiny's stream". I would guess 3 or more appearances is occasionally.
Settle it as you see fit, but I think your description doesn't really fit "orbiter". I wouldn't call them orbiters, but they make occasional appearances
@TodWaddington also worth considering that tom foolery and fancysloth are the only two out of the 7 "orbiters" that don't have discord perms and havent been on stream this year.
@Zion Well the poll will be ruined if it uses the term orbiters, he defined it here as "show up occasionally or frequently on stream". The definition is the issue, but there is not point discussing they are orbiters, only if they "show up occasionally or frequently on stream" which I think is obviously yes. Otherwise, their names wouldn't come up at all.
@TodWaddington if its obviously yes can you link me two occasions of either of them showing up on destiny's stream? because i could easily do that for the other 5 mentioned and i bet you cant for those two.
as someone who no longer has a stake in this contest I would like to say I personally would call fancysloth an orbiter, and would not call Tom one.
For future contests I would define your terms in the blurb, "orbiters include guests who ..." is very noncommittal language.
So the terms do not actually have any requirement for stream appearance because they suppose a class of orbiter who does not occasionally appear on stream.
If its not too insulting it might be useful to ask Tom. I think self-identity is somewhat important when it comes to orbiter status.
FancySloth was confirmed to be there as well.

We'll see if Darius confirms or not, he's rumored to be there.
So on today's stream it was mentioned that Chaeiry, Rum1n8, Pixie, and Erin were there.
We know Tom Foolery was there as well. https://twitter.com/TomFooleryP/status/1599146260786601985
Sondsol also said he landed on Sunday morning in his discord with MayaMoo's splinter Dgg group. https://discord.com/channels/667880348126019615/908775863514955787/1049040866959962172
So that's at least 6 confirmed. We will wait for a couple of days and see if at least another one confirms their attendance.
@johnleoks I am pretty sure that Darius said that he would be there before on stream. So hopefully he can confirm it.
@johnleoks They also confirmed StraightRade(Erin) on stream, and she is for sure an orbiter.
@MicahNazarino erin definitely counts, she's been on a ton and has dicord perms. tom foolery is a total nobody though. i recognize the name but don't even remember what they talked about
@mason0 Destiny's been on his panels (back when it was a thing) a few times. He was also the one who provided BTS info to Destiny during the debate with Dylan over the Prime drama. Also, he has been in contact with Destiny working on a documentary for months now. He should count.
@johnleoks actually contentious ruling. If he doesn't have discord perms I think thats a big mark against him.
Looking at it, is the last onstream interaction they had the panel on March of 2021? That seems a bit much for even the word "occasionally" in your blurb. Might be something to be said about him neither canvasing or doing administrative work for the operation too.
@BrandonDeLaGarza Discord perms don't matter, it has nothing to do with the terms outlined here. The only condition given was "Orbiters include guests who show up occasionally or frequently on Destiny's stream."
It's literally any "guest" who is ocassionally on stream. If you are questioning whether a stream guest is an orbiter, they almost definitely meet this definition. Both tomfoolery and Fancysloth meet that definition.
Whether or not they meet YOUR definition for orbiter, isn't really relevant.
Orbiters include guests who show up occasionally or frequently on Destiny's stream.
You read this as "People who occasionally show up on stream are orbiters"
Those two things are not equal. Hey I respect the hustle though, good luck with the 5x
only 4 orbiters showed up https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxUf8_S-RR0Zv5qdNs96cY0B6WDJ8AzTxH
@Zion These are the only ones positively confirmed, but we can wait a little longer to be sure IMO
@BrandonDeLaGarza Lycan, Darius, IRI, Ruminate, Ahrelevant (I think), Dylan Burns, Supreme
I think all of these guys have the potential for showing up.
@MicahNazarino and more have said they were going, I think tree said they were gonna be there, melina probably counts rofl. we should get jideon to do a prank on the canvassers
