This market resolves YES if a new Farm Bill (reauthorizing the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 and others) is passed by both chambers of Congress and signed into law by the President before 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025.

• Simple extensions of the 2018 Farm Bill do not count as a "new" bill for this market.

• If the President vetoes the bill and the veto is not overridden by the deadline, it resolves NO.
