Resolution criteria

This market resolves to YES if the stock price of Alphabet Inc. (GOOG) reaches or exceeds $350.16 at any point during standard intraday trading hours any time before the market close on April 30, 2026. If the price does not reach this threshold during these times, the market resolves to NO.

The official source for resolution will be the historical data for GOOG on Google Finance. Standard intraday trading hours are typically 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM ET.
