The previous informateur Kim Putters has recommended a "program cabinet" and now there is an ongoing discussion about where the cabinet members will come from. Some parties, like the CDA, have stated they will not be providing members, and D66 and GL-PvdA have said that it will expel members who join the cabinet.

Each option resolves to YES if the cabinet, in its initial form, contains someone who is a member of that party and NO otherwise. Cabinet members that are expelled from their party because they take a post do not count as being members of that party, but only if the expulsion happens within three months of the cabinet coming into power.
