Will Tumbles provide blood to Robin for mana before August?

Resolves YES if @Tumbles ships (or otherwise transmits) a package of his own blood to @Robincvgr, with credible evidence/support.

For YES, this requires:

  • Evidence of @Tumbles drawing blood

  • Evidence of @Tumbles shipping/giving the blood (e.g. photographic evidence of the package or testimony from @Robincvgr that the blood was received)

  • The package must be transmitted before August, but can be received after the start of August. Resolution may be slightly delayed to await evidence of YES.

  • Mana must be sent in exchange for the blood. Payment may be made after the start of August within reason, e.g. for payment upon delivery. Cancelled mana debt counts as payment.

I've broadened the wording to include scenarios where this happens without shipping (e.g. an in-person handoff).

Also tweaked criteria to note that payment is required (as mentioned in the title) and to add a little bit more detail on timing.

And, cancelled mana debt counts as mana payment. Every time I flip past this I think of something new lol

I typically leave a "WIP" notice in the description of my markets for a week saying I can freely modify the criteria in the spirit of the market.
