The reported total for May 1 is 361.02 inches, so this resolves YES.
Sometime between April 29 and now, the CSSL retroactively updated their measurement for April 26. I was surprised that they didn't report anything that day, since there was visible accumulation on their webcam, but nearby Sugar Bowl ski resort also did not report new snow, so I guessed it was below measurement threshold. Apparently not!
