Resolves YES if, before the start of February (Pacific time), in the market creation UI, I can flexibly specify the amount of liquidity in the market, rather than needing to select one of a few options as in the current UI:

If I can enter an integer amount of mana, that's YES. If liquidity amounts are somewhat quantized (say, by 100s between 100 and 1k, and by 1000s between 1k and 10k), that's good enough for YES. If there are only new options for 500, 5k, 50k, that's NO. If it's some weird thing between those, I will make a judgement call (I may decide which thing it is more like, or I may resolve to %).
