On November 5th 2024, the US presidential election will take place.

If CNN calls Pennsylvania on the 5th, this market will be resolved to the time block the state is called during.

Time zone used will be US Eastern (Pennsylvania) time.

Hour blocks are not inclusive of the minute starting the next hour (for example, if the election is called at 6:00:03, the block used will be 6-7PM, not 5-6PM).

To call the state, there must be a statement on air to the tune of “we are calling Pennsylvania”. If there is a later retraction, it does not change the resolution.

If PA is called anytime after the 5th, the catch all for that scenario will be used.
