I am aware of the new 'you can only see big accounts top tweets' change. You can still neither see replies nor recent timelines. I plan on either resolving this NO or N/A, depending on what repliers think. YES doesn't work because this doesn't actually let people browse, which would involve moving from post to post and account to account!

@jacksonpolack You can click on an inidivual tweet to see details in incognito mode, but you cannot "browse" around that users profile like you can when logged in, e.x. looking at a tweet on their profile, you can't see any replies or click into any peoples accounts who are replying/liking the tweet. This has not 'returned' as a feature for logged out users. I think resolving "NO" makes sense.
