Resolves YES if Elon Musk names a new non-interim CEO of Twitter by the end of 2022. It is not necessary for them to become CEO by then, just for Musk to officially announce their selection. Otherwise resolves NO. In case of ambiguity I may resolve N/A.

“I expect to reduce my time at Twitter and find somebody else to run Twitter over time"
Now hinges on when.
Musk is officially CEO now, as per Twitter's amended 13D/A form. Now we wait to see whether he announces that it's interim, permanent, or some other weird Elon thing.
@BTE He can always pick another CEO to come in. He would still be above the CEO of course, but it would make sense if Musk wanted to focus his day-to-day energies on all his other companies lol.
@jack I guess. But you could say the same thing about SpaceX. Or Tesla. Or Boring Company. Or Neuralink. Did I miss any??
Do you know the story of how he lost the CEO gig at Paypal to Peter Thiel?!? He got married and went on his honeymoon and was going to be out of the country in Australia or something for a week and as soon as he took off from California Thiel and Max Levchin executed their plan for seizing control and were done by the time Musk was able to fly back and stop him, but just in time for them to fire him. Musk will never willingly giving up power to anyone.
I think he has a long way to go before it hits him that Twitter has problems that can't be engineered or designed away. Until then he will probably see being Chief Twit as good for selling Tesla's, and he will probably be right, at least about that.
