Each date resolves YES if George Santos remains a member of the US House of Representatives until the start of that day (midnight Eastern time). It resolves NO if Santos ceases to be a member before that date for any reason (e.g. resignation, expulsion, death).
(Therefore, if Santos ceases to be a member but then becomes a member again, dates after he becomes a member again still resolve NO.)
Context: Santos, who was elected to Congress in November 2022, was discovered to have fabricated his resume and admitted to it. In addition, he is now facing a number of investigations for possible campaign finance fraud.
