Mono Green Devotion is often lauded as the best deck in Pioneer, and by some accounts it's the best deck by a problematic margin. There have been calls from some corners of the playerbase for Wizards to power it down through targeted bans. Others have suggested the format is in a healthy place, and decks like Izzet Phoenix will naturally keep Mono Green in check.

This contract will resolve to YES if any of the following cards are banned in the Pioneer format before Phyrexia: All Will Be One is released (official release date is Feb. 3, 2023): Elvish Mystic, Llanowar Elves, Old Growth Troll, Cavalier of Thorns, Kiora Behemoth Beckoner, Karn the Great Creator, Teferi Who Slows the Sunset, Storm the Festival, Oath of Nissa

This contract will also resolve to YES if any card is banned in Pioneer (such as Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx) if the reasoning for the ban given in an official ban announcement involves powering down Mono Green Devotion decks.

This contract will resolve to NO if neither of the above conditions are met.
