10% feels high for any kind of messaging impact?

@Seanny123 I'm also curious about which programs more specifically. Like can we have the names of a few projects running currently?

I'm wondering how much USAID et al. funding may or may not effect this kind of programming progress

I blame my sole follower, @MaxGhenis, for letting me post this (just kidding!).

That said, the “>10%” was a touch too optimistic—call it my enthusiastic first post. I couldn’t edit or delete it once trading began but ideally the “0” would be removed. Still, I think the spirit of the question holds.

From my time leading health SBCC programming in Nigeria, I saw firsthand how complex the barriers to facility delivery really are. Despite substantial donor investments (including from USAID), rates remain low in many areas. Cultural norms and community beliefs—including a strong value placed on home births and traditional practices—have deep roots.

We tried everything from radio dramas to celebrity influencers, but messaging alone rarely shifts behaviors quickly. It often needs to be part of a larger ecosystem of change—community engagement, trust-building with health workers and actual access to respectful, quality care.

That’s really what prompted the question: under what conditions could a campaign realistically drive a meaningful increase in facility deliveries within six months? Would love to hear if others have seen standout successes—or if slow, steady progress is just the reality we’re working with.
