Polish rapper Mata (Michał Matczak) has declared start in Presidential campaign in Poland in 2040.

This will resolve YES if Mata becomes elected the President of Poland in the first elections that he participates in.

This will resolve NO if Mata doesn't become elected the President of Poland in the first elections that he participates in, or if by 2043 there are no presidential elections with Mata on ballots.
