@Quroe i don't see why 15% by funding amount would make sense (it's counting fellowship recipients), and in any case AFAIK the thiel fellowship is a fixed amount.

this seems like a straightforward YES, there are 15 fellows and by my count 5+ are unambiguously hardware. e.g. "defense technology company building drones", "planetary defense system for extreme weather", "Intempus is equipping robots with emotional intelligence, making them more predictable and easier to understand". like hardware is a bit tricky to define, maybe it depends on the deatails, but just 3 being hardware would resolve this YES
