This questions resolves YES if the Dutch company Fairphone goes bankrupt or otherwise becomes structurally unable to deliver replacement parts on or before midnight CEST, March 14th 2029.
It resolves NO if the company still exists and is able to meet demand for replacement parts in a reasonable timeframe.
In case of an ambiguous situation, it resolves to what I believe the correct resolution is in good faith.
