Resolution criteria

- YES: Every Macondo project receives a final review verdict before the market closes on Sep 28, 2026, 12:00 AM EST.

- NO: Any project remains in "under review" at close, or the program officially ends with ships unreviewed.

- Spam, duplicate, and abandoned ships count, if they're never processed, it's NO.

Context:

Macondo is a Hack Club YSWS where teenagers build real software and hardware projects for prizes. Its review queue is famously slow: reviewers claim ships rather than working FIFO, median review latency is ~20 days, and organizers have promised to finish reviews by 28th September 2026.
