it looks like they're investigating an incident with Actions now, but it's listed as Aug 29, so I think this should resolve "NO"

@AndyMartin I think you might be right. Github Actions were fine for me an hour ago, with the last sign of normalcy at around 00:50 UTC August 29th. Whatever's going currently has expanded its radius beyond Actions -- I pushed commits to a PR that aren't showing up on Github. (Yikes!)

@alangrow It's a shame there was no "Will Github have any incident on August 29th 2023" market!

@alangrow Github now acknowledging that PRs are also affected in addition to Actions.

@alangrow At least I can confirm that my bot's market lookup logic is working correctly! (It recognized that it should bet on an August 29 market, not this one.)

FWIW I'm seeing issues with Github webhooks not coming through.
