(This also includes if a champion is declared without any NBA Finals being played, e. g. via an armchair decision. If any amount of actual NBA Finals basketball is played and a winning team is declared following that, I will resolve to that team.) @StephenMalina It seems like betting odds are (over-)favoring the Warriors--but they also factor in public sentiment. On the other hand, predictive forecasts strongly favor (60 to 80 % winning probabilities) the Celtics. I believe the "true probabilities" are somewhere in the middle. And I agree that at current odds (74 % Celtics, 25 % Warriors), the Warriors are the better bet.
