Resolves YES if Apple launches a purpose-built Smart Home device with a camera, but it does not have the ability to capture or retrieve video clips. Resolves NO if that device launches and it DOES have the ability to capture or retrieve video clips. Resolves N/A if no obvious dedicated Apple Smart Home video capture device launches before the end of June 2028.

The device must be a purpose-built standalone camera device in the traditional sense. An e.g. Smart Home display that is released that has a Facetime camera video capture feature as described above would not count as a device that qualifies to resolve this question.
