Resolves to the first date (UTC) on which the Ladybird project publishes a release explicitly labeled "Alpha" on an official channel (ladybird.org, its newsletter, or the official GitHub Releases page).

Nightly builds, tech/developer previews, and unofficial binaries don't count. A platform-limited alpha (e.g. macOS and Linux only) does count.

If no Alpha has been released by close, resolves to the upper end of the range (after Dec 31, 2027).
