Currently planning for a group house I'm going to run. I ran the beta version with six participants in October-November, and that went relatively well. Things that still need to happen in order for the house to go forward:

• Signing a lease for the house we rent, or arranging to get a house some other way

• Getting commitments from enough (>6) people to pay rent for the duration of the house

• Getting a safeguarding adult onboard to live in the house (because it'll be like 50% minors, including me)

• Get parental approval, so that I have permission to actually move to Cali and run the house

• Figure out all other financial stuff, possibly raise for the house fund.

The house will probably start the first week in February, but I should have 95% confidence on whether I'm running it by January 10th or so.

EDIT: Changing the resolution criteria to "Am I running a group house in the Bay on February 10th." Also, parents vetoed this, so I have <5% confidence on YES.
