They serve different purposes, so honestly it just depends what I'm trying to do. Ironically, if I'm just browsing (which I'm doing most of the time), I tend to use Home. If I am looking for something specific, I use Browse. I also use the market views on my profile page a lot too.

@dglid i tried to get it to work, but too many issues (screenspace, questions not interested in, repeats, ads). Now I just use block and browse new and bet 1 mana on the top question to mark where i last read to.
