This market resolves to YES if the US Senate confirms EJ Antoni as the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics on or before March 31, 2026. It resolves to NO if the confirmation vote fails or does not occur by this date.

President Trump nominated Antoni on August 11, 2025, after firing previous commissioner Erika McEntarfer. Antoni will need to be confirmed by the Senate to take over the BLS. The previous commissioner, McEntarfer, was nominated in July 2023 and confirmed in January 2024, taking about 6 months for the process.
