Sonova announced on March 23, 2026 that it will sell the Sennheiser consumer audio division it bought in 2022. Resolves when a definitive acquisition agreement is publicly announced.

This covers the Sennheiser consumer audio business only (headphones, Momentum, HD-series, soundbars; the business at sennheiser-hearing.com). The pro division (Neumann, mics, broadcast) is not part of this sale and doesn't count.

Traders may add specific named buyers. If the eventual buyer isn't listed when announced, the market will resolve Other. If two listed options could both apply (e.g., a named PE firm and a later-added parent entity), I'll resolve the more specific one. If a PE-owned platform company is the announced buyer, resolution goes to the platform company (or Other if not listed), not the PE sponsor behind it.
