Resolves to the # of days after today at which I've assessed that I've regained my sense of smell / taste. My understanding that this isn't an all or nothing thing and that it will be a fairly gradual process, but I'll try to draw the line at the point where I don't notice a significant improvement from one day to the next.

It's been about a week since I stopped noticing anything unusual with my smell. Coffee now smells and tastes as it did pre-covid—this was one of the last things for me to fully get back.
Resolving the market to 22 - 7 = 15 days (the market was spot on!). This was a longer period of time than I had thought going into this.
@Nico I'd still resolve it to the last day that i noticed day-to-day differences. Hopefully I don't have long-term deficits though!
