Will I feel able to work from home tomorrow?

I came down with a bad cold/flu Tuesday night into Wednesday morning and needed to take the day off of work. I had a mid grade fever yesterday which only broke last night when I started taking ibuprofen. I am coughing a lot and can't currently do cognitively demanding tasks and haven't gotten much sleep in the past two nights.

My current resting heart rate is 87bpm, down from 105 yesterday at its peak. My current temperature is 99.4, down from 102 yesterday.
