This market resolves as YES upon the announcement of a Splatfest set to take place in Splatoon 3 during June 2023. A Splatfest that only occurs on one day in June - e.g. one that starts on Friday the 30th and ends on Saturday, July 1 - is sufficient for a YES resolution.
This market resolves as NO upon the announcement that the next Splatfest is set to take place in July, or NO upon the date reaching June 30 if no Splatfest has been announced by then.
The Splatfest must be an official Nintendo one - fan Splatfests don't count.
If Splatfests are ended permanently for some reason, this market resolves as NO.

Hm. Apparently the way it typically works is two Splatfests --> Big Run --> two Splatfests, etc.
A Big Run has been announced for June (a while ago; I don't keep up with the game's news as much as I should), which IMO makes a Splatfest very, very unlikely. My question is: do I resolve now, or do I wait until the end of the month, just in case? I'm open to whatever people think is most reasonable/most fair.
@evergreenemily I think I'll keep this market open until the end of June, just in case there actually is a Splatfest.
