This market resolves as YES if, after completing the main story of the next 3D Legend of Zelda game, I feel that I enjoyed it more than I enjoyed my first playthrough of Tears of the Kingdom. Otherwise, this market resolves as NO after I have completed the main story of the game.

Additional context

This market is based on one of the first markets I made on this site, which resolved YES when Tears of the Kingdom managed to upstage my previous favorite game of all time (Breath of the Wild.) For this market to resolve as YES, the next 3D Legend of Zelda game would also have to upstage my favorite game of all time, which is now Tears of the Kingdom.

Fine print

"Next 3D Legend of Zelda game" excludes spinoffs (Hyrule Warriors, etc.) and remakes (Skyward Sword HD, etc.)

This market will be updated with the name of the next 3D Legend of Zelda game once I am aware of its title.

If I enjoy the beginning and middle of the next 3D Legend of Zelda game so much that it's very clear to me that nothing in the story could make me enjoy it less than Tears of the Kingdom, then I reserve the right to resolve this market as YES early. Similarly, if I enjoy it significantly less than I enjoyed Tears of the Kingdom, I reserve the right to resolve this market as NO early.

This market resolves as N/A if I somehow manage to enjoy the next 3D Legend of Zelda game exactly as much as I enjoyed my first playthrough of Tears of the Kingdom.

I will probably be able to play the game on its release date. If I have not finished the game by the closing date of the market, I will move the closing date to give myself enough time to finish the game.

DLC is NOT taken into account. This is a first playthrough to first playthrough comparison.

Note that while I expect this market to resolve as NO, I will resolve this market fairly, and resolve it entirely based on my actual experience playing the game. I am going into the game with an open mind, and this market is not guaranteed to resolve in any particular way.
