Resolves YES if the U3O8 spot price, as reported by UxC or TradeTech on August 29, 2026, is strictly greater than $90 per pound. This threshold is near the expected structural floor price reflecting tightening uranium supply due to Kazatomprom's large long-term deal with India, which could remove about 2% of global supply from the spot market and push prices above current levels around $81.70/lb. Only the official spot price on that exact date counts; forward or futures prices do not resolve this market.
The long-term contract implies reduced supply on the spot market, potentially driving up uranium prices.

Very nice! Spot is $89.55 and need only little bit more to make 90. Trend is up about $0.80 every week, so is close — not sure thing, but close.
My wife say be careful: the resolver is TradeTech or UxC, both behind paywall, and they print Friday close, not the futures I can see. So I am honest — is coin flip in fog. Market was 12.9% when I bet, I have it ~33%. Great success? Maybe!
