A 'secret boss' is an optional fight in the pattern of Jevil, Spamton NEO, the Roaring Knight, the Shadow Mantle Holder, the Hammer of Justice, and Pink.

A character qualifies as a secret boss if they satisfy at least one of the following conditions:

- They are an optional boss who must be fought as part of the Shadow Crystal quest

- They are an optional boss with meaningful mechanical, plot, or thematic relevance to the Shadow Crystal quest (i.e. the Shadow Mantle Holder). Superficial similarities or incidental references (e.g. quoting "the world revolving", the freedom motif) alone are not sufficient.

- They are an optional boss who must be fought in order to obtain the PureCrystal

- They are an optional boss who cannot be fought without obtaining all previous Shadow Crystals

Any ambiguities in these descriptions will be resolved by my subjective judgment.

Castle Town Dojo rematches and comedic side content (e.g. the Mikes in Chapter 4, the Trashy Trio in Chapter 5) do not qualify as 'secret bosses' for this market. If collecting all the Shadow Crystals unlocks a new fight in this pattern, that fight will not count as a secret boss.

Seam will resolve YES even if only some transformed, modified, etc. version of them is fought.

Someone Else will resolve YES if any other character than Seam qualifies as a secret boss.

If both Seam and another character qualify as secret bosses by the criteria laid out above, then both will resolve YES.

No Secret Boss resolves YES if and only if both Seam and Someone Else resolve NO.

I will resolve this market shortly after DELTARUNE Chapter 6's official release, or resolve it N/A if it has not released by Jan 1, 2030. The market will close 24 hours before release, or upon the release date announcement, whichever comes later.
