Resolves to the date (America/New_York) that Raspberry Pi Ltd first officially announces the Raspberry Pi Zero 3 W, via a raspberrypi.com news/blog post or press release that names the board and gives price or availability. Kernel/device-tree commits, leaks, retailer listings, and FCC filings don't count.

If the board launches under a slightly different name (e.g. "Zero 3" or "Zero 3 WH") but is clearly the BCM2711-based Zero successor seen in the October 2026 device trees, it counts. If no announcement happens by December 31, 2028, resolves to the latest possible value.
