I use GPT4 for brainstorming fiction ideas, reading technical papers together, and doing therapy-y roleplay (e.g. by telling it to ask me questions about my current career decisions and then roleplay as my 70 year old self who regrets my current career decisions).
I value being able to occasionally voicechat with GPT4, which Claude Opus cannot do, so Claude Opus would have to feel more than 5% better for me to switch over.
I will almost certainly have interacted with Claude Opus for over 3h by mid-April when this market closes.

Result: they seem similar in capabilities but I ended up despising Claude for its prissiness and subjectively consider it less than 85% as good as GPT4. The deciding event that I asked it to draft me an email that contained a criticism of an organization – it refused to do so on the grounds that this is unprofessional and burns bridges.
