If a Proofnik goes and their team doesn't go, resolves YES. If a Proofnik's team goes but they don't go, this resolves NO. Alumni and teachers don't count, but if a Proofnik not associated with FRC at all shows up at the championship, this resolves to YES. (I really hope this resolves YES).
