📈 Resolution Criteria

This market will resolve to "Yes" if I (Daniel Vincent Kramer) successfully publish Kramer Intelligence to the Microsoft Store (Windows Store) on or before December 31, 2025.

- The app must be publicly listed and downloadable from the official Microsoft Store.

- It must be clearly branded as Kramer Intelligence.

- If Kramer Intelligence is not available on the store by the deadline, the market will resolve to "No".

🧠 Background

I’ve been working on Kramer Intelligence, an open-source AI assistant project, and I want to make it available on the Microsoft Store. The main blocker right now is the $19 developer registration fee for individuals.

Microsoft announced at Build 2025 that this fee would be waived starting in June, but as of July 4, the waiver still hasn’t taken effect. I’m holding off on publishing until that happens.

If the fee is waived, I’ll likely move forward with the release.

This market tracks whether I’ll get it out the door by the end of 2025.
