Cantor's been lobbying for this one. Portmanteau of Breckenridge and cabin, accent on the first syllable.

It could be "the villa" for short, which is still kinda funny.

this one is hilarious. i love it. but it is a bit involved. it sort of demands you sing it, for one. and it's 6 whole syllables, so..

I like it. It's not as hilariously clever as a bunch of these, (Fruella de Villa had me loling), but it's got simplicity on its side.

Or "the rooster". Inspired by @M's ideas of "red rooster" or "red nest" since the street name is Red Feather.
