Currently, most routes to permanent residence in the UK require that you are resident for 5 years.
The plan appears to be to change this to a 10 year baseline with various modifiers for income/route of entry, etc.
This may be implemented "as soon as April 2026" per commentary, e.g the home secretary herself:

This market resolves based on the earliest month that the baseline requirement is increased by at least one year
I will only consider 'baselines'. The existence of any adjustment factors that might reduce the de-facto timeline back to 5 years (or below) won't be considered.
If the baseline is increased for some but not all visa categories, it will be sufficient for a yes resolution if, in my judgement, the baseline has changed for a majority of current visa holders on a path to residency.
