Jonathan Mark Ralston (https://x.com/ralstonreports) is an American journalist, political commentator, and former talk show host.
Ralston analyzes Nevada elections, especially based upon early voting results and accurately predicted both the presidential election in Nevada and the Nevada Senate race in 2016 and 2020 on the basis of early voting data. In 2022, he accurately predicted the Nevada Senate race, going against the dominant red wave narrative.
What will his prediction for the 2024 US Presidential election be? Market will resolve to the candidate he predicts will win, as soon as he publishes his final "call" which typically happens a few days before the election. If he hedges, or doesn't make a clear call as per my judgement(!) I will resolve to the third option.

@PlainBG I'm pretty sure this is a joke, but if he doesn't release a prediction before the first vote is cast on election day, and makes a similar comment then I would resolve it
