Joe Biden's winning coalition in 2020 consisted of the traditional Democratic strongholds including states along the Pacific Coast, New England, and Illinois. He also flipped critically important Rust Belt states that Trump carried in 2016 (MI, WI, PA) and made in-roads into the rapidly developing Sun Belt (NM, AZ, NV, GA).

Will the Democrats be able to hold this Big Tent Coalition together in time for 2024? If so, market will resolve as NO. If ANY of these states or districts flip to red during the next election, market will resolve as YES.
