RULING: No major incident, the two arguments to be made are

A) A teen was shot canvassing for Warnock on Friday the 2nd, in the same city. But I'm not counting it because 1, it had nothing to do with DGG canvassing, and 2, it wasn't "during" their canvassing because the DGG canvassing days were the 3rd and 4th.

B) The second was apparently some scuffles over video games on Saturday night, but I didn't think this qualified as a "major" incident.

I was planning on resolving no, but waited to make a final ruling to see if anything else was going to come out, but it seems like it didn't, and Destiny corroborated the ruling.
