Sold my "yes" position after thinking about this a bit more. I think "no" is more likely...

He's definitely going to reach out to Keffals, but I doubt max would leak that and I doubt Keffals would comment on it publicly either, especially with the cease and desist.

The only reason we know of anyone he's reached out to is because the other party leaks the DM's, as far as I know...

I think Max will or already has reached out to Keffals, but I don't think it will be verifiable unless maybe he mentions in the article that he reached out to her and didn't get a response.

Dunno if keffals would want to interact with somebody like Mr girl and even then she wouldn't have any relevant insight into orbiter abuse. So I think Mr girl probably contacted her but no proof of it will ever surface.
